The First Step is Admitting You Have a Problem

I have been really into organizing and getting rid of excess lately. Getting rid of clothes I no longer wear. Sorting the outgrown baby clothes to give away. Cleaning out the medicine cabinet. The list goes on.

It started pretty severely right before Christmas. I even ordered a Christmas present for myself from Amazon.com - an Expand-A-Shelf for our pantry. When it arrived, I was so excited. I'd had a stressful day at work and knew it would be just the remedy. Marcie was over for dinner and she and Bill just laughed at me when I said I was going to organize my pantry to de-stress my day. It worked.

I went from this.

To our new, lovely, organized, easy-to-read canned and jarred food. LOVE.

Yes, I'm a dork and I know it.
PS: Now, I can see that I have three jars of pepper and onion relish. Have you ever tried it? It is from Harry and David. Mixed with cream cheese it is SO good. We haven't been camping in a long while, but we always make some for those trips. Good times.

PSS: Don't ever buy that Trader Joe's marinara sauce on the left. It is way too watery. Just my opinion.
